Hi Everyone! I just wanted to share my latest tea cup pig with you! She was a special commission & is heading to her new mom today.
Beautiful!!! What an adorable puppy you've created!!

Mikki! I haven't checked in this section for a while & missed seeing this little one! Soooo cute!
You are so talented!
Gorgeous Tracy!! I keep forgetting to check this section of Teddy Talk, so I'm glad I didn't miss seeing him!! His fur is absolutely beautiful & his face is sooooo cute! I love how you did his eyes & his nose... wonderful!

Sooooo CUTE! Puppies are so sweet!! Enjoy!!!!

I agree... I wouldn't do needle felting for a bear that would be played with because with wear it would look dirty after a while & you couldn't wash it. I guess it would depend on how long you hoped it would last and if it would be frequently played with. As far as safety is concerned, I can't imagine that it would be unsafe, but I haven't heard if they are considered child safe or not.
Have fun making your bunny! I hope you'll post pics when you are done! :photo:
Brenda & Donna have got you off to a great start! The only tip I can think of adding is when I want really tight joints, I trim the fur short under the joint... it's less likely to loosen later.
I'm looking forward to seeing your mink bears!
Hi Everyone! I just finished my panda for the panda challenge and his picture is in the challenge gallery ... thanks Paula for the reminders about that. This is the first challenge that I participated in & enjoyed the fun! Tai Shan is made from recycled mink fur, is a totally new design, and has open/close mouth & eyes.
Tai Shan is also up for adoption, so please feel free to view him & comment in the Teddy Bears & Friends section. I'm looking forward to hearing what you think of him!
He's wonderful!!! You've done a great job with his pose, proportions & features... the whole package!!

Adorable!!!
What a precious baby you have!
So tiny & adorable!!! Your collector will love it!!!

Thank you Sandi!
I forgot about that... I also have some links with other teddy bear artists.
Forwarding photos and a web listing to the magazines.
This interests me as I haven't had any magazine exposure. I was under the impression that you either had to pay to get an ad in a magazine or that they would have to contact you to do an article. Would they look at photos that were sent in unsolicited by them?
I pretty do much the same...
1) list bears on ebay
2) post them on TT
3) put them on my website
4) submitted my page to Google and Yahoo... just the free services.
She is so sweet & I can't believe how tiny she is!
