It DOES sound right somehow and he looks wonderful.
This is little Sparky a needle felted fox.
Made with Merino wool, glass eyes and thread jointed.
He is for sale in Etsy shop now.

What a little darling.
Amazing!!!
They are both so sweet. I just love Misty's little shoes.
She is delightful!
That sounds like a good plan Elli.
The "unwell" parrot story in your blog had me cracking up! :D

Thank you Olgitta, I love your bears especially Antoine with his sewing machine.
I'll let you know if I find a small growler. Wrapping it up with fabric would work I think.
I've never tried to fit cotter pins into a needle felted bear but there must be a way. So that is my current challenge then - a needle felted bear with a growler and cotter pin joints.

Has anyone tried needle felting a bear with a growler inside? I've managed to make a bear with a little pouch of steel shot in her tum and now I want to make one with a growler.
My first problem is finding a small growler as they all seem quite large.
The next thing will be how to wrap it up inside the body so it doesn't get muffled or full of fluff.
I thread joint my bears so that might be a challenge too.
Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome

He is adorable, I just want to reach out and give him a little pat.
What a little darling! I adore her matching dress and bow.
You should definitely try selling.
I've been successful on ETSY and Folksy both are very friendly communities. I am sure a little cutie like Manuka would be gone in a flash.

What a sweet little face!
Ok I'm a little nervous - this is the first of my bears I've posted here. I would welcome any feedback.
This is Amanda the Panda (yep - huuby named her!)
She is needle felted, thread jointed, has glass eyes and her tummy and feet are weighted with steel shot and rubber pellets.
She is for sale now in my ETSY shop: Hazelwood Crafts

He is the sweetest thing!
