Hugs,
I started out my day with the wonderful cacti walk this morning & then spent most (not quite all) of the rest of the day working on the Basket part of the web site.(My co-weaver is away in germany...and she doesn't do the web stuff well...and she seems to have loads of criticism about the web stuff I try to do...hope she likes it at least some) I had our first e-mail request for baskets the other day...and decided I had to do something about the site...like NOW...I sure would appreciate some input from the wonderful TTers......what do you all think? I changed the main entrance page...added a whole page of baskets for sale with prices/descriptions/etc...So if ya have a bit of time...I would really appreciate your impression...criticism...critique of what I have done...I do need to do maore work on the needle felted area...but I am rather done for now...lol looking forward to hearing what you all think of the web site now...Hugs,
Oh Renae, I have always said...even if we have nothing...we will have books...and that will mean we are wealthy...(The book shelves are suppose to be the walls...aren't they?!?!?!?!) GMTA

Heather,Eileen,Kimberly W,Wendy,Kim & Karen,
Thanks so much for your compliments & suggestions. I am thinking I will start the larger turtle at $150. or $175. and on down from there for the smaller ones. The beading takes about as long as the needle felting does for each turtle. I am doing a Celebrate the Arts show on June 17th, so it will be the first real show where I will have my felted kritters. Should be somewhat of a gauge of how people feel about the prices.
Hugs,
Daphne,
Congratulations on finally seeing all this bunny stuff you have been thru actually getting somewhere! I bet you the prop director broke that non-disclosure thingy already by sending you those pictures.. ..looking around...
...what pictures...

..I know nothing..
..I see nothing...
Hugs,
Well, great post Nancy,
As of today I might be working with my first collector...but of my baskets. I got the very first possible order from my web site and have been conversing back & forth about what this person is looking for. The basket he was interested in is smaller than what he is looking for, so I have to send some pictures of larger baskets to him & have also told him that I can do a custom order if I don;t have what he wants...so I am doing a happy dance here!
Hugs,
LOL...that's a very interesting question for me...since if you check out my web site...you see a picture of..."The Back of the Weavers" lol...I am the short one
Hugs,
Two of my favorites are "The Secret Life of Bee's" by Sue Monk Kidd and "Jutterbug Perfume" by Tom Robbins
Hugs,
I am looking for some help to figure out how much I can charge for my Needle Felted / beaded turtles. Could folks here help me figure this out? Pretty please  Here is a picture of 3 of them, the larger one is 5 1/2 inches long & has over 3500 beads, the mediun one is about 4 inches & the small one 2 inches.
Kimberly,
I think you have it !!! I have found that what kind of core wool you use makes a huge difference in how fast it starts taking shape, the core wool batts I get from Edinburgh really felt fast in my experience...then you can add the more expensive colors ...and change needle sizes a lot seems to help too.... I am still fairly new at this too...so that's just my 2 cents
Hugs,
Ohhhh Kim,
