I would have never thought to have used these for holding together my bear pieces....brilliant! Do you know how much time I spend pinning pieces before I sew?? May need to give this a try!
I do use them for glued pieces at the base of my Little Knuckleheads and they work fantastic. Glue, set and move on to something else!

They're Back!! I have some brand new designs from my Little Knuckleheads Collection.
This is one making his debut on etsy today. He is 4 1/2" tall and created out of wool felt with a vintage wooden bobbin for a body. He would be a great display piece or even a cake topper!

Wow! What an amazing find!!! Makes me wanna visit my local Goodwill again.....I ALWAYS donate, but rarely stop in and check things out. I did go a couple of days ago looking for some holiday items and I saw a lady walking around holding one of my son's old toys that we donated last week. You can't help but to smile when you see that...
Congrats on your new bear!!!
Bear hugs,
Kim
LOL....thats too funny Kim!
Ya, there is something hokey about the fact that the email address is no longer working.....hummmm I really dont want to give them any info on me. This site seems too sketchy to give them any at all. I will see what I can do, but I think at this point we are all in between a rock and a hard place. Doesn't sound like the admin is willing to do much to help us.....
Thanks for your help Kim
Bear hugs,
Kim
Does anybody have an email address to send a complaint to? The one listed above will not work for me. I dont want to have to become a member to be able to contact them.....ohhh sheesh! What a hassle this is!!

Welcome back Mary Lou!!! I think anybody who has ever had any dealings with artists bears at all would know who Mary Lou Foley is!! The Polar Bear Queen has returned!! YEAH!!! We have all missed seeing your wonderful creations and its great to see you back doing what you love.
I think with the downturn in the economy, the majority of us have had to consider leaving bear making. Ebay certainly isn't what it used to be...no more $1 NR auctions...(ahhh the good ol' days!). I think the TB category has turned more to hobby and less artist. I still occasionally list there, but I do also have an etsy account. In my opinion, etsy doesnt really support the higher priced bears as well as ebay. Don't get me wrong, I have sold a few bears there, and many other artists do too. The fees are easier to swallow on etsy vs. ebay also. Ebay has gotten out of control with fees for this and fees for that.
Anyways, enough business talk. Just wanted to welcome you back to the wonderful world of bears!!!

Kim
What a great idea!! Love the bear and all the interchangeable outfits! Very very clever!

Yes, thanks again Janice and Shelly for bringing it to my attention. I'm still not sure how you found the bear on line, but I am glad you did!
They are using my actual photo and of course, it is one that I sell the pattern for too. I went to file a complaint like SueAnn suggested, however, it required me to create an account. Not too keen on giving them my name, phone, email etc....any way around that SueAnn or did you have to create an account first??
