Becky,
I'm loving the colour of Bellamy, it's so unusual. He looks very cuddly too. I am intriuged by the rooting of mohair strands into his face, it sounds quite tricky. Very worthwhile though, I love the effect it gives.

Thank you ladies, I really appreciate all your comments.
Unfortunately this little mousie was a special order so she has already scampered away to her new home.

Thank you so much for the lovely comments.
She is created from long pile synthetic fabric, it's the first time I've used this type of fabric and it was lovely to work with. Her filling is polyfil and a bag of glass beads to give her a nice weighty feeling. She also has wire armature in her arms and legs right down to the tips of her fingers and toes. The bluebells were created from ultrasuede and wire. Gold plated wire and seed beads represent the anthers and stamens. I think the flowers actually took as long to make as the mouse, it took 3 attempts before I felt the fower shape looked right.

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I posted anything new so I thougt that I'd fix that by introducing you to my latest little mousie. She measures 4.25" in height and, as you can see, she's really partial to bluebells. I do hope that you like her.

Hulllooo everyone, I'd like to introduce you to Hoggles the hedgehog. He is looking for a new hibernation home and can be found on the available page of my website. He measures 5.5" from nose to bottom and is made from Schulte mohair, Tyber synthetic and ultrasuede. He has an internal wire armature for posing and curling. Thanks for looking, I hope you like him.

Aww, what a sweet pair of little mice. Beautiful work, I wish that they could be mine.

Hi guys, I'd like to introduce you to my latest creation, Digsby the mole. He's an academic who loves to chill out with a good book, a glass of wine and a nice dinner of worms after a hard day's digging.
He measures 5.5" and is dressed in a waistcoat and pince nez spectacles. I had a hard time photographing him, it's sooo hard to get the exposure right for black fur. I'm thrilled to say that he's already found a new home to go to.
and here he is in the buff!
I hope you like him, he was a lot of fun to create.

Oh my, what a super kitty. He has a great expression, I just want to give him a great big hug.

Totally adorable! I love his gentle expression and I have to say also that his waistcoat is fantastic.

Paula,
A handsome group of bears as always and they all look so great together. The little red chap at the front is my absolute favourite.

Thank you so much everyone.
Mr meerkat measures approximately 9.75" to the top of his head. The maned wolf is 10.5" to the tip of her ears and 11" from nose to bottom (not including the tail).

I'd like to introduce you to a couple of my recent custom orders, a Meerkat and a Maned Wolf. One animal you'll (hopefully, lol!) recognise and the other you may not. :)
The lady who ordered the meekat wanted him to be able to hold a book so I had to design him with jointed wrists. I did wonder whether I had bitten off more than I could chew when I was struggling with the 10mm discs and teeny tiny cotterpins required to make it work. Woah! Those things are really small!! Anyway we made it though OK I think. I decided to make the book myself too as I was worried that shop bought ones would be too large and/or heavy for a meekat to hold long term.
The Maned Wolf is probably not an animal that most of you are familiar with, I know wasn't until I was asked to create one. They kind of resemble a fox with really long legs, ineed they are also referred to as the 'Stilt-legged Fox', very cool looking animals.
I hope you like them.

These are just too cute and they look so happy too. I bet they are a fantastic hit with those lucky children.

Aww, he's very, very sweet. His fur looks so scrummy, I want to run my fingers through it and feel the softness.

Another beautiful bear Joanne, I really love how you 'do' the faces and particularly the eye area, it all looks so natural. I'm sure that Oatman is going to catch the eye of lots and lots of bidders.
