Hello!
I´ve got one burning question that probably won´t be that easy to answer. Since I don´t have access to books, I´m basically self-taught..you know, trial and error:-)) and what I know I know from TT..(THANKS!!!!).
Anyway, I´m tempted to try and open mouth, but I don´t have a clue how to go about it and no literature to learn from. :-( I tried to order some, but you wouldn´t believe how hard it is to find at least ONE that I can get shipped over here.
So I´m asking you...any tips how to go about it? What do I need to vhange on the head pattern? What´s the best material for inside of the mouth and the tongue?
Thank you very very very much.

Good job, James!!!
The bear is great and you two look fantastic together. Both cute as can be.
Gemma, this is sooooo cool. When I have kids, I want to find the time to give them lots of precious memories - just like you do. I´m pretty sure James will love and cherish his little friend forever.
I remember when my Mom made a sheep for me. It was machone sewn, on all fours, all white..simply great. Except I´ve always been a dog lover, so to me it was a big white sheep dog:-) And no matter how many times they told me it was a SHEEP, it stayed a DOG. :-))
P.S. Gemma, you´ve got some serious competition now?:-)
Hello!
This is my bear for the Euro Teddy competition. I´ll be in the beginners category, so I hope he´ll represent me and my country well:-) (I suppose I´ll be the only Czech there)
How do you guys like him? By theway..his name´s Florian..:-)

Hello or shalom!
This is my brand new bear. I started her the day my beloved uncle from Jerusalem died. It was so unexpected that I still can´t believe he´s really gone. So I made this bear to honor the Jewish in me and to honor him that way, too. Hope you like it.
thank you guys!
Kathleen, I can see you´reinto terriers as much as I am:-)
This is one of my first bears ever...hmmm..not that long ago:-) I´d say early January. I just knew I wanted to make a teddy, but I didn´t know how:-) So I made this pattern and tried it myself.
2006.
Then I searched the net hoping to find patterns - I found a lot of free ones and with them, I was able to get a lil know-how. Those two are my late January - early February creations:-)) They´re made after my sister friends Doubravka and Daniela and they bear their names. Here they are.
And this is my very last bear I finished today - Jackfrost:-) Not much of a change, but practice makes prefect.
Hello beary people! This is my new bear Jackfrost. He´s wearing an antique piece of lace around his neck and he made me look forward to the winter:-)) Hugs to all of you!

That´s the one with my bear Vilda (Willie). It was taken at my granparents´place.
Thanks:-) Here are some pics to illustrate the family resemblance:-) the first is me in balc and white when I was about 4 and the other is from right around my 5th birthday.]
Hello!
This is quite an old teddy memory - the picture is of my Mom with her favorite Teddy called Nogrowl. He used to be my Grandma´s only teddy and when my Mom got him, he´d already lost his voice - that´s why he got his name.
