Hi Tami, this must be a Maine Coon girl? Just love Coons. Their size, their looks, the way they talk to you using their own vocabulary.

Hi Jeanne,
I think you are absolutely right about using or rather not using the metal-toothed brush to brush out the seams. For this type of fabric I use my awl to gently pull out the fur without actually changing the character of the fur. Hope this helps you.

Hi Vicki,
This sweet panda is a real little gem! I think he is absolutely adorable

Hi ladies Lisa,
Thanks for your positive comments. Today Balou was picked up by his new Mum (and Dad) and you were both right: she absolutely adores him !!! Could not take her eyes off him. And from today on his name is officially Baloe (which is pronounced 'Balou' in Dutch).
Hugs,
Marianne
Hi Paula,
That is one striking colour indeed! But as I am an avid lover of the colour purple you won't get any negative comments from me. As usual this is a real All Bear again, another cutey!
Didn't you have any problem getting the purple of this bear right in the pictures you made of him? That is: is the on-screen colour the same as the bear's colour? (and I'm not referring to colour variations due to screen settings). I find it quite hard sometimes to get blue, purple and violet tones correctly on screen.
Anyway, I think you've done a great job again . Congrats!
Hugs,
Marianne
Hi all,
I thought I'd show you my most recent creation, this cuddly 60cm bear. His new owner does not know yet what she is going to call him, but she told me she is thinking of the name Balou. However, she is not really sure about that yet; she is going to decide on the name after she has seen him in the fur. I don't think his name is that important. I just hope his new mummy likes him just as much as I do. So, keep your fingers crossed for me, please?
