JoAnn fabrics has some cheap costume fabric, they are not good quality at all but they are low cost. I think JoAnns has an online place to buy I'll go check.........

Their website will not display when I try to go to it, sorry I can't be anymore help then that.

Hi I am not sure if this has been posted yet or not but yesterday I received the following email from "ebay"  but it is a scam mail:

"Thank you for submitting your change of email address request. Instructions on completing the change have been sent to your new email address. Once the process is completed, your eBay-related email will no longer be routed to this email address.

If you did not make this change, check with family members and others who may have access to your account first. If you still feel that an unauthorized person has changed your email, get help here:"

They ask you to hit a link to go to ebay, so to get your password, make sure  you report it to ebay at spoof@ebay.com. 
and never link to ebay or anywhere from an email link, go to the site and log in there.

So much for protecting us with the new hidden bidder system, yeeesh!!!!!
I hope the people who do this, get a really bad rash in a really uncomfortable place!!!!!!! :crackup:

I used to own a toy shop and I had a ton of stock I could not part with, it was an old fashioned toy store, I will do another one of these for one of the tin toys I carried, in about a month .  So stay tuned....

Dorothy, I am sorry about your Mom, I lost my Mom this past November and this Mothers day was so hard for me, I tried to be happy. for my kids. but I just really wanted the day to get over quickly.

Daphne , Yours outshines it by about a billion times, I am so excited to get my Mimzy, have they came in yet? My youngest son is driving me nuts, he heard me ordering it and  almost every day he runs to the mail box.  He is so excited to get this.

I too love all the blogs, they really give you a feel for who the artists are.

You know it's funny I thought no one was reading my "call your mother" blog  because the kids weren't leaving comments, but one day he mentioned something that I had wrote and one of his friends did the same a couple months later, and it was so fun to know they read it. Another time I asked my son if he had seen something I wrote on there and my son goes :" hmmm no I haven't seen your blog in a while." then his girlfriend goes "thats not true he reads it almost every night." then my son laughs and says "yeah I do"

I think also it's great for families that are spread all over the US to stay in touch, without big phone bills.

I know isn't that winnie the pooh quote the best.

It's funny because I have a non bear blog that I have so my son, when he is away at college, can still see whats happening here at home on a day to day basis. I titled it "Call your Mother" and the subtitle is: "she won't be around forever" :crackup:  :crackup:
That one I write in when he is at school, daily, it's funny because I have found out several of his friends that hung out at our house read it everynight too. I always end it: goodnight and I love you, Mom

Jodi I may have you help me pick a name, I think I will put everyones name on a sheet of paper and not go by the order on here , I will mix it up then number the names, then I 'll have you pick a number and I will unfold the sheet and see who's name is with what number. Because I have been tempted by  chocolate and an adorable orange kitty

I know Isn't it just silly to save the broken ones, I am so glad there are others out there that do the same thing, I keep thinking that  one of my sons school projects may need eyes glued on them and Bam~!!!!!!! I have them just waiting :crackup:  :crackup:
It's really bad that they were hand painted because then you are left with that one mismatched eye, I have thought about making some aliens with mine so they don't go to waste

I LOVE the tip about the little vacuum, I swear sometimes I feel like my cat, I breath in and swallow so much fur that i could start hacking up a giant fur ball      wait I need to learn to not be a mouth breather :crackup:

Gaby, it is so easy to do, I was shocked, believe me if I can do it anyone can do it, thats not to say some really talented people on here, go above and beyond, there are some that are amazing, but the basic blog is so much fun to do it, you should give it a try.

Louise I am heartbroken for you, please know that my thoughts are with you through this really sad time, pets are family and the loss of a pet is so hard, the one thing that I hope will be comforting, is that Tiddy left this earth surrounded by love and we should all be so lucky.

Man don't you HATE that, It's funny I keep the broken eye, I keep thinking I am going to figure out a way to use them,  but talk about a lawsuit waiting to happen , so I never will, I just hate throwing away something I paid for and never really used.

The way I'll mail it it shouldn't be too bad, It will need pressing when you get it but, I am just going to put it in an envelope to be sent.
