When i was a florist we had several companies for bears...try First and Main, Ganz, B&D bear company
if i think of any more i will let you know.  By the looks in the picture, this may have been a holiday bear either valentines day or christmas. Try getting in touch with these manufacturers with the same description, perhaps they might have access to discontinued information such as a name or number. I have seen handmade teddies with swivle heads. they don't just turn like on a joint; they swivel in all directions.
How is this achieved, and where do i get the hardware for it
