What a beauty !!

This year, (March) my first grandaughter was born .....   she is also  named Willow ......   now I must get on and  design a bear for my Willow.

Thank you Denise. I have just visited your webpages, your bears are delightful and no wonder Corby has been adopted .

We are still in Queensland, next show at Buderim.    Please do let us know when you are passing through Narooma and we shall make sure  the "billy is boiling" !!

We often go through Bairnsdale on the way to family in Melbourne.

I would like to show you my Sable and Mohair "Princess".  She was awarded the "Silver Medal" last week at the Gold Coast Show, 2nd place to a beautiful bear  in the Open Section.

I created her using a recycled Vintage Sable Stole with  Diamante Jewellery shown here with my other entries.

Being only  a "recent-comer"to the Teddy Talk community and competitions  I am not sure if this post is appropriate ... but share this excitement with me..... my "Butterfly Babe" was awarded "Bear of the Show"at the  Doll and Bear Show,   Wirilla.  NSW Australia yesterday.    Here she is, sitting on her little throne  perhaps waiting for her Prince Charming.

An adorable, cute 15cm (6 ")  Collector Bear created by Elaine from fully lined fur from a recycled Vintage Mink fur coat. Multi-jointed with glass eyes,   “K-K   has a suede face &  footpads . Accessories are ribbons and beads.

Regarding the purse, no I did not make it.  Had it quite a while, but rarely had occasion to use it and  I thought Scarlet  deserved to take it with her on her adventures.

Also a big thank you and hugs  for the encouraging comments  to  the folks at   Blueberrycreations, New Avenue Crew, Rowarrior, and Dangerbears.

We are off on the road next week,  travelling to four Teddy Bear Shows in NSW and Queensland.   Warmer in Queensland too!

I have not been visiting this site for very long .. so here is my lttle lady Scarlet.

“Scarlet  is 15cm, Scarlet coloured Mohair with black tips. Fully jointed, with glass eyes. Travels in her own beautiful beaded purse. She is happy to loan her  very pretty purse to her Mom  for that special occasion.

Mr Cinnamon !  A beautiful name for a wonderful bear.  I too thought he should be a huge, very huggable bear.
