Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

I need help identifying a teddy! Sad to say, this one belongs to my 4 legged furbaby. It isn't a dog toy. He got it one day off my dresser and hasn't let it out of his site of 5 years now! He is a teddy collector, his favorite! I am so afraid it is going to fall apart and I won't be able to put it back together one day. As I have for years, I wash it at least every other week. He suckles it. Yes, Teddy is missing eyes. He came with that plaid bow around his neck. Can anyone help me or tell me where i can purchase this!  I could help! I need to buy a back-up, regardless of price!
