I've been creating since the early 90's. It is kind of sad alot of artists have stopped making bears.
I just keep my eye on ebay and once in awhile something pops up from an artist that I've been wanting.. lol.

I've not listed anything on ebay in over a year now. The fees are so high.. Between payapal and ebay fees I might as well not bother selling at all. I prefer Etsy but the sales are not as good as ebay.

I've had it happen too.. Usually I don't give anything off. If it's a good customer I will sometimes pay the postage or ship it a faster way and pay the difference. I've had people at shows do the same.. but I guess if they don't ask they won't get it... heehee.

We had it +8c today. Which was awesome as it has been -30c and colder most of December.

We had a dog trainer help us for 20 mins with our Rotti who kept jumping and knocking, well me, since I'm not that big, over. Trainers know some awesome tricks! I'm sure they would have some suggestions. Some big dogs have such high energy and they don't know how big they really are! She is a beautiful dog btw... I just want to give her a big doggie hug.

I've only been to a handful of artist bear shops and they usually have a few higher quaility mfg. bears as well. Like the artist collections.. not even sure if they make them anymore.. Cottage Collectibles by Ganz, boyds, Barton's Creek.. I would buy them if I found one that I bonded with.. not often as I collected artist bears. But not everyone can afford a nice artist bear.. but still want to buy something.

Oooh, nice choice.. not too far from where I live... about a 4 hour drive. I've never been right to the lake.. but have driven through the mountains there many, many times. The highway between Jasper and Banff is fantastic.
Myself, I would love to go to England... It has such history that we just don't have here. I would love to go look at old buildings.
