Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Hello... it's Felicia (a.k.a. The Bear Scout).   I'm doing research for a magazine article I'm writing. I'm wondering how you found this group or other online teddy bear groups/ bullitin boards.  Do you post often?  Why do you belong?  Some groups have "real world" activities such as swaps, meets at shows, even conventions.  Have you participated in any? If so, what was it like?

If you have anything else you'd like to contribute or add about corresponding with other teddy bear collectors, makers via teddy bear groups, I'd love to hear from you or anyone you know who participates in online teddy bear groups.  You may e-mail me directly at bearbroker@aol.com.  My deadline is quickly approaching and I'll need to wrap things up by Wed., June 14th.
