Thanks, Gladys, for your comment on my panda.  And I have never made a golly--I wouldn't know where to begin!  Perhaps someday I'll get the guts.  Thanks, too, Melissa!  Don't give up on that anime idea; alas we all have those days...  Sorry I haven't written in so long... It's been a busy time being back to school.  I teach middle students with moderate to severe disabilities so it's a job and a half sometimes!  Cheerio..  Maria bear_happy

Hi y'all!  I posted some pics of my "cousins of anime" in the challenge gallery.  I don't know exactly what to call them but I often do big-headed bears with wide-set eyes.  I love many of the current Japanese artist bears in this style.  To all of you who posted pics--your creations are great!   bear_smile Maria

Hi!  I just love waxing my noses.  I find it very easy using the kit I got from Imagination Institute (bought at a bear show).  It contains beeswax (in whatever color you like--brown black etc.), a small candle, and a cool tool for applying the wax.  You hold the tool over the candle and the wax comes out of the tip in a nice neat line as you "draw" on the lines of your nose.  The kit was only $6.50!  Maria Go of Moo's Toys bear_original   P.S.  How do you know when you're done waxing?  When there is no hair left!  Just kidding.
