Miss Martha is lovely. Her colours, style and slippers.. it all matches wonderful. No doubt she will found a new owner soon, once the show has started!
Puck looks great! And what a nice idea to send him with an ornament.
Meet my Christmas Treasures preview bear, Sos and his Husky friend named Sesi. Sos is Alaskan and means bear, Sesi is also Alaskan and means Snow. I hope you'll like this cute couple.
You can vote on your favourite preview bear now, go to www.teddiesworldwide.com and take a look at some fabulous work! The show start on 18 November.
Berta, that's just unbelievable!!! The things people do...
Great job! Love her face!!
Panda, polar... Doesn't matter, he has his own look. You did a great job on his nose and eyes, he indeed looks very much alive. Look forward to seeing the endresult. Good luck with finishing!
Anita
Very cute!
Amazing work! Unbelievable!!!
Thank you for all the nice comments. My mothers birthday was yesterday and you were right, she adored him!
Meet Tristan, a 3" bear I made for my mothers birthday.
A few weeks ago, I let her search through my pile of fabrics and she choose orange vintage long pile and off white sassy long pile. She had no idea what kind of bear she'd like, so I decided to use my fantasy and made her an autumn piece.
Her birthday is august 18th, I really hope she'll like Tristan!
Just found the magazine somewhere in my pile. Scanned it, will send it as a pdf to you now
Thank you for all the nice comments! I gave Garth to my friend yesterday and she was indeed very pleased with him.
@debora: I found the name 'Garth' on a meaning of names website. I was looking for a surname with something with a garden in its meaning, and then found out Garth means enclosed garden or keeper of the garden ;-)
@peter: Dank je! Ik kwam op het idee omdat mijn vriendin dit voorjaar haar tuin onder handen laat nemen.... of het haar dus zelf tot activiteit zal aanzetten weet ik niet!
This is Garth, the bear I made for a friend as a birthday present. She loves to work in her garden, so a bear with his very own garden should please her. The ladybug, watering can and flowers aren't made by me, all other items are handmade.
Oops... Got mixed up! Thank you, Daphne!
I really would like to sign up again, but when I tried I couldn't pay with Paypal. I could only chose to pay with several credit cards... What did I do wrong?
He's great, such a sweet face!
You did a great job, Vicky! I really like the combination of his fur and the felted hands and feet. Also a nice face, good expressions. And this is your second bear ever and your first own design??? Makes me look forward to bears yet to come
This is the little bear I made for my mother as her present for Mother's Day. She was very happy with him!
He is 3 inch tall, made of 2 colors sassy long pile upholstery. I haven't named him, I thought my mother would like to do that
Wow! He's just great! What a face
