These artist bear creations really are fabulous, so please spare a moment to check them out at www.masterbearcrafters.ning.com
You're in for a treat!
Thank you Peter! Lovely to hear from you!
This is 'Ernie', he's 'just-a-bear', no frills, no airs and certainly no graces! He's a simple fellow. I hope you like him.
Ernie is waiting patiently for a lovely new home. His full details can be found at: www.allbear.co.uk
Thank you for popping in!
Thank you for the lovely comments! It is interesting to hear that he still looks like a big bear ... I was hoping that I could incorporate the qualities of my big bears into my new little bear designs!
Congratulations to you all! Such lovely photographs, Sarah made a beautiful bride!
Thank you! I am enjoying making these little bears!
Introducing my first little clown bear! This is 'April Fool', created especially for Spring 2012. He's just 8.5", a real little tiddler!
April Fool is currently available to adopt. For full details please visit www.allbear.co.uk
Thank you for taking a peek!
Lisa, he's stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sooooo handsome!!!

Thank you!
You are welcome Sue Ann!
This week, we are sharing our third 'Special Showcase' of 2012 on the Guild of Master Bearcrafters. This slideshow presents the creme of the Guild's recent creations and it's absolutely fab!
Please visit www.masterbearcrafters.ning.com to enjoy these wonderful bears!
Thank you Brenda
This little fellow is only 8" tall! Very small by my usual 'big bear' standards!
He is called Jeremy and has just been made available for adoption on my website www.allbear.co.uk
Sue, she's absolutely gorgeous!
Joanne, you have truly excelled yourself ... congratulations on these wonderful bears and good luck at the show.
Thank you for your kind comments! This little chap is made from dense alpaca - my aim was to try not to lose any of the big bear qualities in the little bear design.
I think this is a fun size and it has been an interesting project - one I hope to continue with, alongside my big bears.
I'm glad you like him, thank you Brenda. I must admit, he's one of my favourites!
This little bear is just eight inches tall and sits comfortably in the palm of my hand. After many years of making large bears, I have recently been developing some smaller designs - they make great companions for the big bears!
Poor Kip just lost his girlfriend to a new mum, so now he's lonely! He's such a pretty bear and a lovely size at 19". If you would like to offer Kip some comfort, please visit www.allbear.co.uk for his full details, thank you!
Thanks Sue! I'm happy to say he has been adopted today!
Introducing Wilf! At only 11", this bear is much smaller than my usual armfuls. He's a lovely little fellow, hoping to find someone special to take care of him.
If Wilfs tugs at your heartstrings and you would like further details, I've just made him available for adoption from my website www.allbear.co.uk
Thank you for looking. :rose:
With such highly experienced judges as the panel for these awards casting their eagle eyes over the entries, a photo submission competition will work brilliantly as far as I'm concerned AND it means this competition can reach corners most show competitions can't. This is definitely a forward thinking competition designed for today's competitors and it is long overdue.
Great work Susan!
The website looks great doesn't it! I think these awards will be a real boost for the bear industry!
'BEAR ARTISTRY'
I have just been given the go-ahead to spill the beans and tell you all there will be an exciting new bear artist competition launching online shortly!
The 'Excellence in Bear Artistry Awards', sponsored by Bear Basics, will be completely website based and judged by a notable panel of industry experts: Gregory Gyllenship (UK), Irene Jackman (UK), Linda Benson (AUS) and Michelle Lamb (USA). There will also be a public vote.
This will be a professional competition, with prizes for the winners and feedback for all entrants.
International submissions will be most welcome!
The competition website can be found NOW at: www.bearartistry.com
Please spread the word among your competitive bear artist friends! This is going to be a terrific new competition for the teddy bear world!
