I hold my bear head with twp fngers...one on each temple .  Sometimes I place the head upside down on a flat surface and stuff too.
I like the idea of steel shot in the head too.

I hear you ..I have been looking at the cost..and start up costs are high..paints, tools, doll, hair, eyes, clothes.   I was making primitive cloth dolls for a short time .  But I lost to the struggle with the sewing machine

Christine..That is a wonderful idea.
I bought a doll whose little bent down lip made my heart melt. My husband has green eyes and I have brown..all 4 of my children have brown.. The doll has green...I just wanted one child to have his eyes.    
I don't think men understand..I don't want any more children but there are days that I ache to hold a little baby... maybe a little doll will help until I get some grandchildren

This is off topic but my curiosity is killing me. I was mosing around ebay and fell upon the reborn dolls. Breathtaking! They are amazing pieces of art.  I even had to buy one !
Okay , my question..has anyone reborn a doll ?  I am so tempted..I love my little bears but I can't get these dolls out of my mind.   Any input would be appreciated.
again, Please excuse my being off topic. I'm hoping to find an artist that does both or has tried the dolls :pray:

Well ..when I was looking for the  bunny bear  ..seems he was adopted rather quickly ..I visited your site and Immediately thought...Oh how cute!!!      I love your design... I was even looking to see who designed it!!  you did an awesome job! I enjoyed looking at all of your bears..Hope to another wearing a bunny coat! 

Your kitty is the sweetest.  Here is my new baby. He was born the end of May.  He is the baby to the Mommy bulldog in the photo. We had a littler of 4 pups.  We had 'pick' of the litter...well...Our little bud has undescended testicles and can't reproduce!!!

Oh your kitty is so sweet.  I have some puddles of my own :O) We had a litter of 4 pups and kept one little bugger...Oscar. He is a happy little guy but lots of work! Best of luck with your new kitty.

You guys are funny and I am glad to hear I am not alone    Christine ...I think I have been stupid !! My husband NEVER notices anything either..I think I will keep my mouth quiet ..He'll notice something is a little different when he feels lots of little eyes staring at him while he is watching tv.

But I need help trying to get my husband to see the light.  I like to collect other artists' bears. My husband doesn't get it. When I purchase a bear he will state ' Why are you buying a bear when you can make one' ..And I explain.."I can't make a bear like this..or I don't make this style of bear."  I have yet to complete my large bear I started as I am intimidated by it's rather large face!! he's a great husband ..except this little glitch . Any suggestions ?

I'm another prisma pencil fan. Sassy bears and fabrics carries them. I like the brown colors to shade. I tried markers but feel I have more control with the pencils.

OH I love your bears..especially the sailor. yes..my mind works overtime and I constantly want to try something new.(.I just worry sometimes that my mind might lead me in the wrong direction!  ) I love a challenge !
