I really thought I was going to have fun and games getting my refund back but no that didn't happen I did get an email informing me that I would get a refund cheque and it would take about 4 to 6 weeks! Still can't understand why they needed that long
Anyway, cheque arrived and then I sent it all the way back to the UK again to put it into a UK bank account that we still have over there - well it was cheaper than cashing it here
So yeah Paula I think I would have been just as cranky as you if I was waiting for this refund and living in the same country! As it was I got a little cranky as I had to keep nagging them for my refund
 Way to go and well done you! He looks a lovely bear and different
  Congrats Maria! Well done you!
All my bears are hand sewn as sewing machines and I do not go together! Like Kim the air becomes blue very quickly so not nice for the bears or anyone within close range
I find hand sewing very relaxing and you can take the bear any where in the house and outside where as the sewing machine you are stuck in one room unless of course it is portable and you can take it from room to room.

Hi there
I usually only do a relist once but I have done it twice but not very often - think I've only done that 2 or 3 times Like Tami if the bear does not sell then it will go onto my website.
I frown and pout which makes me look as if I am in a real bad mood and it seems this is the 'look' whenever I am concentrating on what I am doing. I use to wear this 'look' when I was showing dogs and friends were always asking me what is wrong at a distance
That is how bad I looked! They all got use to it in the end and if others asked they would just tell them 'oh that's just Lyn's concentrating look'
All three are Irish Wolfhounds - also fondly known as the 'gentle giants' and are also the biggest breed in the world. The one in the middle could possibly be a Deer Hound but I'm not sure
Yep, got mine on Monday too. Keep looking out for it Paula!
I make teddy bears because......it gives me a lot of pleasure to create and I find it very satisfying and it keeps me out of trouble!
I've tried my hand at many other crafts but bears are it!
Nice one Tami!
I saw Flocke making her first public appearance on the TV yesterday - what a cute little sweetie she is
I'm so glad that I now know the TBF is on the way  That's the other magazine (Australian Bear Creations) I'm getting antsy about, just like Karen is This magazine seems to take forever to come out!
Can someone tell me how long the latest TBF has been out please as I have not received mine yet
Hugs Lyn
   Keep on dancing Maria - CONGRATULATIONS!!  Really pleased for you - well done you!!
I've put my vote in for you. Was thinking of putting photo's in of my two but not sure if possible outside of the US as the contest could just be those in the US
Fingers crossed for you
Now that's what I call really, really cute! What a wonderful mum she is big sighs! She looks just like my Amy and the same colour too.
Hugs Lyn
  CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Nice one Maria and well done you!!! Pat on the back for Jeremy for his good photo work I couldn't even begin to understand that language but it looks nice
Yes there are times when I miss the showing, the build up to it on the day and then taking part and if I did well then it was even better, there was just such a buzz and excitement about it all and of course you meet a lot of different people and you make a lot of good friends too (don't miss all the travelling and getting up in the early hours of the morning!). When I go along to a dog show which is held locally and I see bad handling and bad presentation of the dog - this is when I am put on a short leash by hubby as I want to grab the leash and the brush from owner and show them how
Over the years I have shown and breed Old English Sheepdogs, American Cocker Spaniels and Lhasa Apsos all the hairy ones! I loved working on the coats and if I did well in the ring then all the hard work was worth while. They were all lovely dogs to live with as well.
Millie (Norwich Terrier) for a terrier has the most laid back peace loving temperament, loves everyone be it a 2 legged or a 4 legged person or animal - doesn't have a mean bone in her body - too friendly for her own good sometimes I think. Amy (Mini Dachs) is a bit more reserved but just as loveable and for a little dog has a lot to say at times The pair of them get on very well together.
For all you bird lovers out there this is what landed in my garden the other day. 30 of the little b****! Had to keep a close watch on them as they are very distructive but oh so funny to watch as they are such clowns
You go tell them Tucker! That was my answer to the smelly feet - that dogs sweat through their paws, brownie points to me!
Great pictures! Even as babies they have a good set of claws on them. Very cute and just looking at them makes me smile, big sighs
   Nice one!!
big sighs!!
