I don't know if you guys have seen this or not but apparently a guard dog tore apart about a bunch of teddy bears at a teddy bear exhibition. Among the injured, Mabel a teddy bear that Elvis had when he was young. Check out the story.

I use godaddy.com and I love them. They are pretty cheap and the service has no interruptions (none that I have noticed anyway).

Wow, that is an inspired idea. Besides... it would be an insult to go to build-a-bear when you are such a beautiful bear maker!
I know it was a lot of work but I bet your daughter will be so proud to have all her friends over to make those bears.

Nice job. I just got photoshop but haven't done too much with it. I find it frustrating, it is definately not an intuitive program to use. I find I use a lot of four letter words when I use it... and I hate layers, for some reason I cannot figure that whole thing out.
You did though and the result is beautiful. I love it.

Ok, thanks for all of that information. So it sounds like hot laminating is the trick. That is what I did to one of my labels and I think that after this advice, I am going to continue to do so.

Cute! I am usually not too excited about open mouthed bears but yours is so cute!!!!! He looks like he is about to say something and is not sure he should. Great expression, he is so endearing.

I just laminated on of my hangtags for a bear and was showing it to one of my friends and he said that sometime laminated stuff comes apart and looks icky. Has anyone laminated their hangtags? Do they hold up?

Wow you are so lucky, I love birds. I have had my parrot, Beaker, for sixteen years, I got him when I was 13 and have had him ever since... sometime we don't get along, we are like an old married couple! 
Birds are suprisingly smart!
You live in Australia right? My husband and I are planning a trip, any recommendations?

Wow Judi, I really hope your husband feels better. He can lift 550 lbs! No wonder he hurt his back!

My hubbie and I will probably spend the night watching fireworks and praying that our house doesn't catch on fire (I hate wood shake roofs, they make me so nervous!).
