Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Hi, I have only shipped one bear so far, I just wrapped him in gift tissue paper and placed him in a box with peanuts.
But wanted some suggestions on how everyone else packs and ships their bears.
I had custom window boxes made for my dolls to fit in, then placed that box into a shipping box,  but I know that would
get expensive for the larger bears.

Any ideas??

I have not sold any bears that way, but have done so in the past for my dolls.
You would just have to set them for a price you would be comfortable with.

Some bidders like it so they won't get into a bidding war toward the end of the
auction. Anytime I would list one with a buy it now option it would usually go pretty fast.
Maybe you could try a few of your bears that way and see how it goes.

I have teddy talk bookmarked, and awhile ago I went to it and it was the old brown colored board????
Then I logged in and now I'm in the blue teddy talk board.

I don't see anything wrong with it.
I don't view myself as a award winning artist in the bear world.
I hope to be someday.

But I do view myself as one as a Barbie designer. And I do list that
in my auctions and on my website.
I have won 4 1st Place Crystal awards from Barbie Bazaar magazine.
And 4 2nd place ribbons, and I am very proud of that. I have them
displayed in my china hutch and sometimes when my mind is not
working toward a new design the way I want it to.
Or you get caught up into thinking maybe your
not that creative after all, I go and turn my light on in the hutch and see
those shiny crystal awards and I smile and say hey!  :)

I also know that sometimes its not fair that a lot of creative artist are never
recognized.  So if you are I think it is ok to list it.

Sorry but I just had to vent!!!
I'm using some old leather I found and I'm having problems, it is slipping in the machine,
I ripped it out and used some paper under it and it is working better.
But now I have to sew the other foot..............
Thats not bad ,a hour a paw pad LOL LOL
