Clare, i use 50% - 50% and i use a small paintbrush to apply it, i haven't found it to make the fabric stiff but i would try a bit on a small scrap of fabric first.

I know its hard to lose someone that means so much to you and i also know it will get better as time passes and with friends like you all on here i know that i can talk to you when i am feeling low and that means to world to me. I feel very blessed to have had such a loving grandma and will always remember her.

Hi all,
I don't know what to do with myself today as i have just had a phone call from my mum telling that my grandma has passed away today.
I don't want you all to feel sorry for me but i feel that i just needed to talk about it and i really need a hug 
She has been ill for some months now and we all knew that this day would come but it still don't make it any easy.
She meant so much to me and i know that i did to her as i am her only granddaughter.
