never heard of bonzo cartoon before =C

hehehhe, pink nose

he is a very famous character popular in the early 20th century.I collect old postcards of him as the books are so expensive. My inspiration comes from old childrens books. If you check out the background on my photo those are the original Bonzo.

Ive bought a house ,raised a child and had many rescued dogs all on the money from my animals.I was so blessed to do it at a time when it paid.I hope you can find a job you like being creative. You must post some pics of your work soon

Dont be jealous ..although I love making my wee animals Ive never had so much stress and may well lose my house if things dont pick up.Its not an occupation to aim for these days unless you have another income to pay the bills. There is nothing harder than trying to be creative when you cant pay the heating bill.I hated my job but would love to have it back now.Keep it a hobby and continue to enjoy it.

thanks Im glad you like them. Its my full time job and the family income so I have no option but to sew fast.In these austere times I dont do much else.I sew at least eight hours every day and spend a couple of hours designing.Luckily I love it but Im not sure I can support us much longer and after 17 years full time I think its time to find an alternative.I have almost given up three times before but Im often saved by the bell!!

thanks ..I love making them.I think Ive made every breed I like over the years.Wrinkly ones are the most fun.Looking forward to seeing yours

I agree, a friend of mine had a bull terrier and she was both sweet AND smart.  My friend had 4 dogs and when there was no comfy places left to snuggle, the bull terrior would run to the door and bark, so the other three would come and bark with her, and then the bull terrior would leave and get her pick of the best spots to sleep.  She was no dummy, that's for sure. :)

thats so familiar Brenda. My wee whippet cross Sally did the same. She used to go stand at the front door as if she needed out then when you opened it she ran back and pinched your seat. They are so entertaining.Spike is now pretty much blind and deaf and he just sits regardless of whats underneath him ,me Trixie and even the cat.

Agreed. I must admit I am a self confessed crazy dog lady.
I have a black labrador and a springer spaniel, but unfortunately they dont even live in the same county as me, its impossible to find a house that allows pets in york

aw thats such a shame.I get on better with dogs than people.I used to have four dogs ,two german pointers ,a chow mix and a whippet cross.Sadly I was down to just one last year and he pined for his sister.I got my wee staffy cross to cheer him up and it really did.He is like a pup again even though he is 12.I hope you can be with your dogs one day soon

one of my favourite breeds of dog. Theyre always depicted as vicious but the only thing your'e in danger of is being loved to death.

He is very cute.

That must have been so frustrating for you.She was very unfair .
I have never had negative feedback but did have a lady ask for a refund as the four inch bear she bought on ebay was only four inches high???I was so cross as she e-mailed saying it was gorgeous but just so tiny.Im pretty sure four inches here is the same elsewhere. It was too late to sell a christmas bear by the time I got it back and I was cross and frustrated just like you.I hope you dont have any more numpty (a scottish word for silly people) for a long long time if ever .xxx
