Hi Jenny...so lovely to see you posting here again! It's a bit of a journey with depression/anxiety...and does seem to flutuate for a while..but you will get there! Glad to hear the bear making is helping...its all about distraction and getting absorbed in something you love. It's helped me so much... to get through some really tough times! So keep at it...and stay positive..lots of love to you!! (the new polar bear is totally adorable by the way!)

Jane..I'm so with you on this topic! I absolutely hate fireworks for all the same reasons. I am feeling really sad at the moment...as last year (3rd Nov) I lost my beautiful cat Lottie ...all because she was so fightened of fireworks....(from a heart attack!)...she collapsed and died right in front of me. 
I'm sure everyone who has animals feels the same way..I say BAN FIREWORKS completely!!! or only allow them to be used on Nov 5th..and at NO other time!......at least then we can be prepared..and save our wonderful pets from all the trauma!!! Phew!!...sorry to go on 
...I'll step down from my soapbox now.....

Beautiful, beautiful pictures Daphne....only last evening we were watching a TV programme here in the UK called "Stephen Fry in America...he is travelling through all fifty two states..and New Hampshire looked so lovely! The leaves are are falling here to at the moment...but don't have that wonderful intensity of colour...thanks for sharing! Oh...and Riley is so gorgeous!!!
