For me (apart from my boys) - is having the face of my teddy look the way I want it to
Thanks, I was very proud
I love the colours too, they go so well together
This is my first effort at a panda, hope you like him. He is a pattern designed by Lexi Haworth.
Well he was a determined little fella!
WOW how clever are you!!! He looks great.
Lovely face, she's really cute
I do both, first I pin and then I oversew to hold it together as I have found mine don't sew straight on the machine if I don't oversew.
That happens to me a lot but then again - I'm no artist!! I think he is adorable anyway.
Thanks Sue, I think your method will achieve the best result.
I am making my first panda from a pattern. I was just curious, it says to cut out a circle for the eye patch. You make the face and then I assume you put the patch as backing to the eye and then insert the eye to the head. Wont this look funny? I mean the patch wont sit flat will it?
I was wondering whether it might look better if I air brush the eye patch part. What do you think would look better?
What an adorable face
Well done, good for you!!!!
She is gorgeous I love her
