Hi Shari,
I don't have experience with fibromyalgia, but I know there are Yahoo groups for those that do. I belong to a hypoglycemia Yahoo group and have learned some tips from the group.
http://groups.yahoo.com/search?query=fi … mit=Search
And today was my first "scheduled" day. Did very good and felt good too! (I'm at a break time now ) I think I really need some type of structure. This schedule works well for all that I need to fit into my day. Everyone has different needs
Shari, my daughter has fibromyalgia and has a really hard time with it. Essentially, it's like arthritis of the muscles (rather than arthritis that affects the joints - like mine!). Google "fibromyalgia" and it will lead you to a gazillion sites that you can learn a lot from. So sorry you don't feel well . . . take care.
Thanks Shelli,I'll try to get in touch with Winney
Thanks also to Laura and Sue Ann,I did look a bit and printed a few pages out but I'll definitely check into it further.I went for blood tests this morning to rule other things out and see my doctor again in two weeks but I get the impression it's going to be a battle to diagnose and treat.Funny though Sue Ann,I have thought I had arthritis since I was a young child but that doesn't cover the nausea, dizziness, headaches etc.
Thanks for replying girls,I'll check into it further.
Hugs,shari
I hate doing toilets too, Clare!
Have you ever heard of putting Tang crystals in the toilet overnight?
Eileen
Shari...Yes..if you have Fibro. I would be happy to help you out ...just give me an email......Winney
Hah,I sent you one through the PM and then just posted to you when I noticed you were on board.Hope we can chat.
Hugs,shari.
:P TOILETS :P
I'm not sure which is worse, the toilet itself or the floor around it.
EEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!
Tang???
Yes, Shelli!
Weird, but I read this in a book called "Talking Dirty With the Queen of Clean". She's a professional, and has lots of neat tips, some of which I've actually used. Her cleaners are white vinegar, baking soda, lemon, salt, and borax. My favorite is hot vinegar for soap scum.
As for the Tang, you dump several tablespoons into the toilet bowl, swish it around, and leave it overnight. I haven't tried this one yet, but I'll never drink Tang again!
Eileen
Actually, I think that might be how my mom actually MADE the Tang I drank as a child. The taste sounds about right.

You win, Shari (crying 'uncle')
Sorry Eileen, just having a bit of fun, didn't mean to make you cry Forgive me?
Ew, Deb, that's disgusting.
Of course, Shari. What a gracious winner you are!
Deb, I was thinking that smilie was kinda cute, till it puked on my monitor!
Eileen
:D:D:lol:
Oh my goodness, the lot of ya are hysterical. Keep it up!!!!!!!!!
My mother always said that if you dont like doing housework then dont make the mess in the first place.
She's right ya know.!!!I live by this. "Everything in it's place, a place for everything"
It's alot easier to clean a clean home than a dirty one. And no my home is'nt spotless. Not anymore that is.But is, still presentable.
Do one BIG CHORE a DAY. If you have kids, get THEM TO DO IT:lol::lol:
I've got a "Procrastination List"--icky stuff I really, really really don't want to do. It's amazing, actually, how much I get done while I'm avoiding my list! Creative Procrastination.
As for getting the kids to do it . . . I gave up on that one long ago! My crew can't change a toilet paper roll--if the old one runs out, they leave the new one sitting on the top of the tank. I can't blame them too much, though. I think it's genetic.
Eileen
Poor poor smiley was barfing at the suggestion of tang out of the toilet bowl! Sorry 'bout the monitor Eileen. (Upcoming bear is named Eileen!)
 That makes up for everything!!
