Well, after several months of working on him, my Ewok is finally finished! He stands 5" tall and has fingers.
I can't even remember how many times I had to rework the pattern until I was happy with it. Believe it or not, regular teddy proportions are NOT like an Ewok!!

Anyway, thank goodness he's done. He was a special request for a big Star Wars fan. I don't think I'll take something like this on again. At least . . . not real soon!

Thank you all for your kind words. I've been working on him for so long I'm just glad he is finished. I was beginning to think he'd never get done.

Totally like an ewok!!!!!  I asked my little guy, Ben, who is a total Star Wars fanatic... and 100% completely HONEST when giving his opinion of anything.... he knew right away!      Then asked if we could GET one!  So I may just have to email you at some point in the future, asking for a few "ewok pointers."   :dance:

He's PERFECT
