Posts: 1I think all the recommendations people have made are good...Yola, Weebly....but if you want the highest quality design as you mentioned, then I would check out a company called IconoSites - www.iconosites.com. Their designs are very slick. I would say the website builder itself mimics something more like Wordpress which means that it is extremely simple. But in that sense it also doesn't yet have all the different features that Yola or Weebly has. So my suggestion is to check them all out and see which one is best for you and your skill level, as you mentioned. Some are definitely more easy than others...good luck!
