It's possible Adobe has been offering free trials for Elements forever but this is the first time I've noticed; it was advertised in Simple Scrapbook's DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING magazine. Said magazine, and others like it, by the way, being great ways to learn about image editing and graphic design using your photo editing program of choice.
