I've just relisted Jack the Sailor, a 5 inch boy who had an unfortunate run in with a Non Paying Bidder on Ebay, which seems to be happening more often :o( I've blocked them from bidding again on my auctions, so hopefully Jack will find a forever home this time. Newcastle, OntarioI think they don't want other people to have the bears, even though they can't afford it. It's the only reason I can think off. I get upset with Ebay because they don't do anything. This lady has 14 feedback and about half her feedback is "non paying bidder"! Thanks for the lovely words about Jack - I hope he can find a home soon, too!
