What does "How to Make and Design Stuffed Toys, Rudi De Sarigny, 1971" book look like. There are ones that are dated 1978......is this the same book but in a reprint?
desertmountainbearI have one that was printed in 1978. The copyright page says it is the same unabridged addition that was printed in 1971. the original was called Good Design in Soft Toys.

I found Nursery Toys by Mary Vellan at Abe's Books...they sell out of print books. There are a two copies for $9.00 each and a couple others that are more expensive.
