Posts: 751I went into "Clare's" the accessory shop for mostly pre-teenage girls (I wish) and discovered LOADS of Steampunk items including darling miniature WORKING pocket watches and other antiquefied looking stuff.
Also someone mentioned Hobbycrafts - yes, they have watch gears and other odds and sods.
Mmmm...thinking of a new project!!!!!
Past Time BearsHooray for Steampunk . . . more and more places are stocking up on articles/accessories related to the genre. Think it's here to stay - at least for awhile.
Parker BearsI recently ordered online from the UK a package of watch parts for Steampunk ( cogs, gears, faces etc ). It was a 50g packet ( approx 800+ pieces ) and only cost a little over $15 AUD. Just waiting for it to arrive to start some new projects. Very Excited!!
