Hi there. This is my first post on here. I am trying to identify my old bear. His name is Bart. All I know about him is:
~he's an Avanti Bear
~he's about 25-30 years old
~he was purchased at a toy store in San Francisco, which burned down a year after his purchase.
He means so much to me, I take him everywhere I go, even to Mexico, and Im over 18!
Please, any help would be appreciated!!!
Posts: 1I have a bear very similar, might even be the same. I've had mine since I was born (1980). I have also been trying to identify what type of bear he is. Yours looks much nicer, throughout the years he has had patches on his feet and a missing nose and has lost some stuffing. He does have velcro on his hands and there was a small fish he held. After moving many times, the fish has been lost. Let me know if you find out what type of bear it is.. i would love to find out
