Holt Hill BearsTechnology is not my friend today, I am trying to upload Sophia's picture. It is asking for a URL, I am lost on what is actually needed here, Please could anyone help me?

Click the IMG button and do the following:
1. Click 'Browse' button to select an image file in your computer
2. Click 'Upload file' button to upload the selected image file to TT server
3. Click 'OK' button to insert the image URL to your post

Use the IMG button to link to an image file on your site or upload an image file to TT.
PS: I updated your posting to use the URL tag and not the IMG tag.
