I subscribe to and read your blog all the time Jennifer! I guess I'm just not a comment leaver generally. You have also introduced me to lots of other great blogs that I enjoy reading.
Everyone goes through the "I don't feel so creative" blahs. It does pass but it sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now and I think our brains kind of prioritize for us. Have a great holiday and then come back ready to go!

Well...I received a box today too! What a lovely and unexpected surprise.
Cheryl
Oh so sweet! I would also scoop up one of those sweeties but unfortunately, gas here is $1.21/litre or approx. $4.84/gallon so it would be cheaper to hire a litter carried by 4 hunky guys than it would be to drive!!!!
Cheryl
Best wishes for a safe and healthy delivery! Can't wait to meet the newest TeddyTalker!
Cheryl
My goodness...aren't you a lucky duck! I have found that these things tend to happen, just when you need them most...
I hope you're feeling better Ilze!
Cheryl
God bless you today Sonya! I hope you have a better day today!

Welcome Home Tami!
I missed waking up to the 'cute pic of the day' :photo:

That looks like a great resource book ellen! I'll have to see if I can pick up a copy...more things to learn
Thanks for sharing,
Cheryl
I'm so sorry for your loss Louise and Garnet. When you open your heart to love, it comes to you in many forms, including the 4 legged variety. Take the time to remember her well.
Cheryl
Isn't that weird - I keep the broken eyes too! I have a divided plastic box that I have sorted my eyes by size in (one of my few organized areas ) and one compartment has all the broken ones. I keep hoping they'll breed when I'm not looking and make new eyes I guess
Sorry for all your stress Sarah-Jane, I always find that walking away from the whole thing for a bit really helps.
Cheryl
No...you can still read them for free. Along the top left, pull down the date menu and you can select up to June 2007 to read online. The most current issue is never the one that comes up.
TBCI is hard to come by here as well and the subscription rate is too high for me so I always read them online.
Cheryl
You're right Krista - I was having a major brain fart moment and could not for the life of me think of the word 'brokerage' so I subbed in 'customs fee' but what I meant was the charge they add on to 'process' your orders for customs. Thanks for the clarification!
Off to shove a GASEX pill in my ear
Cheryl
I have only used UPS for US shipping. If it is not 'get it here yesterday' urgent, they have a ground service as does FEDEX or at least they used to. I think its the 'courier' thing thats killing you.
Remember never have things sent to you from the US via UPS as the customs fee they charge to process your package is insane!
Cheryl
OUCH! I had a similar 'shiner' a few years ago after my cat socked me in the eye when I was playing with him. Just imagine the strange looks you get when you tell people that 'the cat did it'! A man walked up to me in the mall and handed me a business card from the local women's shelter (no kidding  )
Everyone will remember you at the show - I guess you can think of it as cheap advertising!!
Best of luck this weekend,
Cheryl
Sorry guys if I'm having a little giggle at your expense...you sound like you're dealing with CANADA POST!!!
You never know how good you have it until its gone.........
Cheryl
You can also try any professional book restorers or book binders in your area. I recently had an old bible rebound and recovered and the restorer used an absolutely incredible goatskin leather that was unbelievably buttery thin and soft. He said they use goat, as it is very strong but extremely pliable.
Cheryl
I'm so sorry to hear of your friend's passing Lynette. My condolences to you and her family.
Cheryl
Yeah...Post Secret is my sunday morning guilty pleasure. It puts my life in perspective.
The organizer used to archive old cards but since he started doing the books, they've disappeared .
Cheryl
Congratulations Millie on your impending "Grandmahood"!
I am an adoptive parent and I got really excited reading your post - it is a special and unique experience that deserves to be celebrated!!!
Just like " birth labour", all the paper work is a definite pain but when you hold your kids, it just becomes a distant memory!
Blessings on you and your family and I hope you will let us know how things work out,
Cheryl
I'm really sorry you're going through this Laura! I hope the time you have left with Isis will be sweet and that she is as comfortable as she can be. Love on her lots!
My old girl, Murphy is a 15 1/2 yr old Lab/ Doberman mix and I am in complete denial of her recent rapid decline.
Many, many  's for you,
Cheryl
