I just got my Loubear order yesterday, fantastic stuff!!! I think they have a page about dyeing and washing on their site, have you seen that? I got their Nora two toned along with some others and oh gosh, its beautiful!!!
Hey Tami, I like to use bead thread, but artificial sinew is great too. I always put a tiny bit of glue on a needle into the knot as I'm tying it...it makes it all stay in place and sticky while you're tying off so it doesn't slip. good luck
Congratulations Lisa!!!! I'm actually planning on making some of your pattens with the kiddies this new years eve and into the night thank you!!! you're terrific

Oh my gosh that is terrible Christine!!! Who would have thought anyone who is paid by the post office would consider doing something like that! goodness grief!!!!!! luckily he was found before this rain hit!
Krista, clay is FUN!!! My sister is into that www.enchantlings.net
Jane, what a cutie Okay, I think they are a little creepy too, but think some can be cute, like Janes
but....there is a line isn't there....between knowing that your doll/bear is a doll/bear, being able to play that they are real as a cute fun thing, (you know, arthur bear is cold, lets put a jumper on you for the winter) but then being able to turn it off, knowing that the bear isn't real, he isn't really cold (okay, I can't help it, my sillyness comes into play again as i insist that he is real and is in fact cold! lol,) But seriously, I don't believe it! Its part of the play and fun of collecting bears etc.) some people can't turn that off and go too far...thats the line isn't it....they believe they are real through and through deep down with no exception...I've seen a lady get cross because my sister asked her a question about her baby boy..."its a girl!!! How dare you!"....Daphne breastfeeding??...
I did have to rotate the picture cause it was upside down otherwise. I don't think we'll see a smiley face here - isn't the world upside down in Australia? or something like that? I find astronomy very confusing but I did head on the news that this conjunction won't be seen again for 33 years so I'm glad I saw it cause I'm unlikely to see it again!
Marion
yep, we walk on our hands too
Hey, guess what!! I just went outside and its still there for all southerners who missed it The smile is above the eyes right now, but maybe in a couple of hours it will be below again? is that the way they will move? do the planets stay still and the moon moves, or the other way round....LOL, hey I know teddy bears, not astronomy
Awww sorry to all who missed it, I should have written earlier, but only remembered at 11pm our time but the photos are just as good
