Well, I also joined in with this campaign in the hope that I would do a little better than on Ebay but so far I haven't sold. I have people watching and visitors not too bad. I am not prepared to lower my price as I am just about covering my cost.
I think after this latest listing ends I will not be putting any more bears up - a little disappointed. I think it is a good site and easy to use but I just don't think it is getting the interest from all those bear collectors out there. I must admit that I am doing much better on Ebay, at the moment!

Love the new work room Paula - my bear/work room is in the same colour, hmmm! Must be something about this colour which makes a room relaxing and cheerful to be in. I don't actually do any work in my room because as I work by hand sewing I can be any where in the house I like but it is usually in the lounge in the evening watching the TV

Thanks Tami for the cute animal pictures everyday which I always stop by and check out
Hugs Lyn
Aaaahhhhhh!! Don't you just love them when they are that old and yes it is surprising how quickly they can move when they want to especially when the milk bar is open
Hugs Lyn
Yes, dog people are quite different to cat people in that they do tend to only collect things in the breed/breeds that they own and dog show people can be really picky especially when it comes to the details and make up of that breed
I am a dog person and been involved in different breeds and spent many years in showing them. I reckon though if it is a little cross-breed then I'm sure it will appeal to many people who have dogs like that.

Well, I just had to join in with pics of our beloved animals and I loved looking at everyone else's, very much a big animal lover me and the hubby.
I thought I would throw in a family picture of when I had the Lhasa Apsos - starting at the top of the steps is Mini then second daughter Lola then first daughter Katy and then grandaughter Annie but now we are owned and loved by Millie is 2 years old and is a Norwich Terrier - Amy is 17months old and is a Mini Smooth Dachund. I have so many more pictures of other dogs which we have had but too many to share.

Bit of a tough question this one as I seem to have lost count how many I have made over the years and that's not counting the ones that didn't make it and ended up in the garbage bin!
I suppose now I must make between 2 or 4 a month, sometimes not even that as all my bears are hand sewn.

I will let you all in on a secret This is not one of my dogs, a friend sent me the picture and I thought it was a good one to put on here
One of my dogs does do a similar thing but she looks at you from out of the corner of her eyes.

Thanks for sharing the pictures of the 2 Corellas, always exciting to see something new especially when they come into your garden. We also had a bit of excitement when a gang of Musk Lorikeets came into our garden, first time I have seen those but the biggest excitement is that we have a Major Mitchell Cockatoo hanging around and he is just so pretty. We think he must be an escapee as he is about 300 to 400k's off course. We were able to get up close and take a few pictures of him. I've nicknamed him 'Pinky' and I always know when he is around as his call is a cross between a Galah & Cockatoo.

I thought this one was so cute, how sorry can you look!
"Sorry is a word everyone uses all the time.............
Did you ever wonder what "Sorry" looks like ?
Well wonder no further" ...............

 Yeah right! I also want to know too?! I also listed a bear last weekend and it was something like 6 hours before it was showing, had a real go at someone on the live chat help - didn't get me anywhere but it was good to let of steam
The thing is you loose 6 hours in viewing time and the guy I was having a go at reckons there is nothing that can be done about it, yeah I bet!
Okay, getting off one's soap box for today
Hugs Lyn
I've seen the story of Knut on the TV, made the news. It is great that Berlin Zoo have taken him on - okay it is not ideal but it is so much better than having him put down. I really do have my doubts sometimes about these so called animal rights people. We are loosing so many of our wildlife as it is.
Okay, had my say on the soap box

What a clever boy Baily is and thanks for sharing the lovely pictures of both the boys. Oh a lovely Lhasa, how I miss those little guys
As you know I was very involved with that breed for many years (showing & breeding & committee member for one of the UK clubs) and would love to have them again but I think the heat would just be too much for them here.

Thanks for sharing the pictures of your Winter Wonderland which looks very pretty but.......no thanks! Good to know you are all okay though. Not a stranger to that kind of weather as I have lived on Long Island, New York, still don't like it though

Anubis will be back to normal tomorrow and dogs and cats do heal quite quickly from that type of operation. When one of my dogs was desexed she was bouncing around all over the place about an hour after I brought her home! I kept trying to remind her that she had just had an operation and to stay calm - would not listen
I could see myself having to go back to the vet's and have the stitches re-done. Everything work out fine in the end, thank goodness!

Not sure if this sounds like fun but I'll join in anyway For years I stayed at 21 then decided better up it a bit so moved to 25 then took a big leap and landed in the 40's
Feels pretty good hanging around in there but like everyone else I had better hold my hand up to now being 54, big sigh! I always like to think of myself as young at heart!

How cute is that! Yep, has to be a boy and I love those noses, lovely colours!

I love a good book and reading and always like to get some reading in at some time during the day and I always have to read in bed at night and I'm lucky if I get pass a couple of pages before nodding off and throwing the book - usually in hubby's direction
I am about half way through a Kathy Reichs book called 'Bare Bones'.

Hi Ginny
Yep, that is just the right mohair when it comes to making those long coated dogs and you can find that mohair on www.edinburghimports.com
Click on 'Fabric' and then click on 'Choose by Style' and the 3" pile mohair is at the top of the list. Hope this is of help
