I have the Samsung flatscreen 19" and wouldn't have anything else now. We liked it so much we bought another one for the other PC Best place to buy is off the Internet much cheaper - try this site www.pricepoint.com.au
The only down side to them is that you have to set the display resolution to the same as the LCD which is usually 1280x1024 but there are many pluses for these screens

Yep Chloe you do look like your bear especially when you look at the second picture. I reckon we do look like our bears in one way or another. It definatley happens in dogs - I use to see it all the time having been part of the dog showing scene for a good many years.

I have seen those pictures before but they still WOW! me as they are just so amazing

Hang in there the puppies are just great! The urge to create another bear will come soon enough.

I've come across the same problem as you Susan - all the overseas teddy bear magazines have disappeared from the newsagent where I live, big sigh! Anyway, I subscribe to the following magazines....
Australian Bear Creations
Teddy Bear Scene
Teddy Bear Club International
Teddy Bear and Friends
I enjoy all the magazines and always look forward to receiving them

Checked out your website Sandi and it is looking good!! Dare I say I like it better than the previous one

Oh wow! There are so many wonderful bears made by all you ladies
I just had to join in so here are my favourites from 2006.

It's amazing what people will try on to pull off on a scam and sadly yes there are people who fall for it. Come across that African scam a few times - they just keep trying because they know they will catch someone in the end.
We had a credit card sale once on our doggie jewellery website from Nigeria and they purchased 20 of the same item. I ask you who in Nigeria would want 20 American Cocker Spaniel brooches!! This was a scam in reverse (a stolen CC) because we actually got the money but we didn't send the goods as we knew it was a scam and to the credit card company's discredit they never claimed (200GBP!) the money back.

It is so sad and hard when we loose our beloved animals and I know just how you are feeling Lena. I've been through it quite a few times with my dogs and it hurts like bloody hell each time! It does ease with time and if you have other animals at home that makes it a little easier to bear as well as you have them to hold and cuddle and to look after, so takes your mind of it a little. Yep, it is too hot to walk the dogs at the moment, took mine on the beach yesterday which they enjoyed but I think they found it a little too warm and crashed out on the back seat for the ride home. We thought it was a cool day that is why we took them to the beach but it seems the girls didn't think so

Oh I love the ATC's and thanks Sonya for sharing pictures of yours - it looks as if it could be quite addictive - something I've never had a go at which leads me to my next question - how do you get started and what would you need to make one??
Hugs Lyn
Way to go! Got to make the move at some point so ten out of ten for your first time and it looks good
If you are proud of your little guys then that is all that matters.

Well put Lena - I do agree with what you are saying. I think a lot of people do not want to know what is happening or they will suddenly open their eyes to it all when it is too late or out of control.
I'm sorry too as I have a had a whinge, must be catching Lyn
I could watch the birds forever as most of them are so comical especially the parrots. We sometimes can get up to 30 Galah's and those babies, geez! are they noisey
Has me shouting at mum and dad to feed them
The Rainbow Lori's can't do anything quietly and the little Scaly's are no better. We quite often get a gang of Cockatoo's who come and hang out around the bird feeder and then head for the lemon tree, not a good idea - makes my eyes water when I think of them having a nibble at the lemons
Pretty busy around here with the birds as we also get the King Parrot, Yellow Cheeked Black Cockatoo. Big excitement the other day as we saw a Major Mitchell Cockatoo (Pink Cocky) with a gang of the other ones. I reckon it had either gone of course by about 100km or was an escapee as you only find them further inland.
Here are a couple of pictures for you all to see. Hugs Lyn
Thanks Sandi for that bear link, will add it to my links page. I'm interested in saving the real bears where ever they are in the world. For many years I use to have a credit card which donated so much to Liberty (WAPSA). In fact I make it a rule that I will only donate money to animal charities. Sadly there is no hope for some of the animals but we can try to do our best for them.

Good grief Lynette! Sorry to hear that you had just a rough ride for the New Year - they say it happens in three's and you have sure had your three! I hope all three of them are doing okay and wish them a speedy recovery.
