I wish I could give that bear a great big hug. I bet it's going to be hard for you to part with her.
I'm trying to start selling my bears and I'm wondering how to make your bears child safe. Is it just based on the eyes? Also, why is 14 the age where most of the bear artists have the cut off on their label? I know I could have handled the artist bears I have now even as a kid. Could some bears be designed for older children, but not under three or something? I just don't want to get in trouble and I would never live with myself if a little kid got hurt. My interest is to make both types of bears so that everyone can enjoy them.
That would be cool, or could you upload it directly? I may have to get someone to resize Retro also because he probably didn't get uploaded either.
I've just created a new web site to sell my bears, but I need some assistance getting it set up. I was wondering if anybody would know how to assist me with it.

Thanks and bearlove.
He follows Arcto around like a lost puppy. He thinks Arcto is the best. I guess he's got good taste in bears.
Okay, this is really getting on my nerves. I posted these pics on all my other bear forums and they worked. Here we go.

Is it a furry texture?
This just made my day. The bears are looking at me weird because I'm laughing hysterically as I type this.
Here's a picture of Retro. I hope this works.
I have finally got a picture of my bear Archie that I made about a month ago. Elize Fouche sent me the fabric and supplies and she did the nose and eyeballs. I decided to see what happens when I sewed the seams on the outside of the bear. His fur feels so much like Arcto that it's scary. Let me know if this works.
I love Pooh Bear. I knew I'd heard of that before, but didn't realize where it came from. Boy, do I feel like a goober *smacks forehead*.
Oh my word!!! I want a velvet bear so bad!!!!!! If I can sell a few of my bears I'll definitely see if I can adopt him.
How do you get plaid fabric? That sounds cool because I'm in love with the 80's.
I wish I could find an old bear in an antique store.
Lenora, I wish I could help you, but I just have to give Becky a womp womp womp on the piano.
Can someone please tell me what a hephalump is?
Wow, I don't see how anyone can make a bear so little. I'm impressed.
*Drools* The bears and I really want to see an old bear very badly.
Lenora, that was a big ol' bear because I was even able to see a shape pop up on my screen. It was just a blur, but I think that's due more to my bad eyesight than your picture taking. Do you think you can show me how to upload to Photobucket?
Sorry for the bump again. I've been reading old posts. Debbie D, are you also visually impaired? I ask this because you put a braille D on your bears. If you are sighted, I'm impressed you know braille letters. I've thought about doing a logo when I start selling my bears with either Braille Teddies written in grade 2 braille or just BT, which would probably be easier because that would have to be a big ol' tag. Would this be okay even though you put braille on your bears? Oh, and my husband and my bears both think I'm crazy because I'm literally ROTFL while reading this thread.
How old is your bear?
Wow, that's awesome, both your critter getting good results and your church service. Bearlove to you.
At the risk of sounding stupid, what's a fur suit?
If you would like, when I get back from church I can see if I can figure out the web site and vote for your critter.
I love watching movies with bears. Right now I'm watching old Big Brother episodes on Youtube, except I've got it on pause so I can hear my screen reader, and I have Arcto in my arms, Joanie, an artist bear by Becky Chase, on the right side of my keyboard, and several little plushies on the other side. Of course, there are also the majority of my bears all around me in here.
