I hear ya! I got so far as 1 picture on a website [which is not that great] and that is it! Do you think it might just be easier to have a consultation with a lawyer for around 100 dollars and they can tell me everything?

I,ve been making bears almost a year now ans they are selling, now I know I have to take more steps..... Trademark? Is this the same as getting a copyright? I want to make a tag for my bears and I have a name in mind [ Ive done a search and no one as far as I know has it] but the cost is outrageous! Is this cost to save your own butt in case someone takes it from you? and copyright? and never forget a business liscence! Does that liscence cover everywhere once u get it? What exactly do you ALL NEED? So far I have just started signing my initials, that I know is mine! Please help.........

Hi Edie, I did notify her this afternoon and I see there is still no bid,I just sent her another email... nothing yet,so....

I have a customer that wants to buy it now, which I have never done before, anyway I said I would and changed the listing to buy it now . There is still no bid from her as I figured once she pressed the button it would show 1 bid and then the auction is over. Is this how it is done? or do I not know what I am doing? :doh:  :pray:

Hello, does anyone know how to dye real fur? I have a few vintage coats and they are a dark brown to almost black and I was wondering if a person can dye or bleach these?

I have this problem too. Some look alot alike and others look totally different. My boyfriend said "that one looks like the other one" and I'm thinking maybe it's a good thing? Actually, I think the ones if mine that look more alike are cuter :dance:

: I have a kitten that acts like a puppy and is always getting into trouble! She chews everything, eats anything off the floor, digs in her toy box for her favorite toys! loves to be carried around like a baby never had a cat like her before   as for my dog she passed away almost 2 years ago in July. She was just about 14 yrs. a shepard cross [the worst thing I have gone through as of yet] anyhow, she was a very tense anxious dog very active but I can't think of a character........me maybe?  :crackup:  :crackup:

So many of us understand where your coming from. My dad is back in the hospital with his kidneys not functioning well. He's slowly forgetting things and when his kidneys start his memory really goes. He's so weak. My mom had her hammer toe surgery so she can't help and all the other siblings of mine are where? They are always busy or don't live here and I'm the youngest so I've been the one to do everything! and the mother inlaw goes on a trip so who looks after the dog?? me. I think sometimes we just have to say that we can't handle it all! We have a life also. We can get so sad at times, ready to break   I feel for you Daphne :hug:  :hug:
