What a sweetie! You have a flair for doll making too I think. I was never much into dolls as a child but I do remember having a Pippa doll to play with (smaller version of Barbie I think), I would love to have a try at making one of these however. Uh oh! Must resist.....
Can't wait to see what you make next.

Hi Melissa,
You have done a wonderful job so far. It must have been tricky getting the markings right. So....what are you going to do with the other 2 eyes that are left, one brown and one blue?
Looking forward to seeing the complete doggy.

Lisa
Wow, cool looking trees!!! Never seen anything like them before. Thanks for the pics.

Eeeek, that's nasty!! So under £18 there is no duty to pay? This is what puts me off ordering out of the UK, I'm clueless when it comes to import duty.
Take a deep breath and put your feet up with a nice cuppa.

Wow Sandi, what a beautifully presented site. Looks Fab!! I'm sure that it will a huge success.

I've voted too! I love seeing competition entries, lots of lovely bears to admire. I can't wait to see what's in the advanced category.
Best of luck to all the entrants.

Many thanks for the kind words ladies.
Jane, these new walk in enclosures are really wonderful aren't they, when I visited London Zoo last year they had the same kind of set up. I don't think that I got to see them quite as close as you must have done however.
Amoryllis, this creation actually started off with the eyes. I got them first and everything else followed after. I would love to say that I painted them myself but sadly not (I haven't plucked up the courage to go that far yet), they are glass taxidermy eyes.

Wonderful bear Chloe, your Gran will love her for sure.
Best of luck with the revision. I remember those days only too well and don't envy you in the least. Me and my bears/animals have our fingers and paws crossed for you.
