Let's all meet in Hawaii. Shana, where are you?? It's been so long since I've seen you post. Get ready,we're all coming to visit
Heather your bear looks beautiful even if you couldn't get the best possible pictures. Love the kitty.
Pipa, mine waits near the computer for me all the time so I guess you could say she sees me often
Hugs,Shari.
Winney(Loretta) ,I am sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon and I too would love to see all the swaps when they come about.
Hugs,Shari.
Jane ,I hope you feel better soon, you have a had a rough time.I was noticing that you seemed to be missing, happy to see you posting Big hugs,Shari.
Wow,that's so wonderful. Doodle Jane,I was wondering where you were and if you were feeling okay.
Hugs,Shari.
Well,I am sorry to tell you this Melanie........nah,just teasing you!!
Opps,don't be mad......
Shari.
Wonderful, you must be so pleased and rightly so
Okay,I feel left out.I tried to post a picture but it didn't work. It was two years old and the kids are bigger, the black cat got hit by a car shortly after the photo and has been replaced by a white cat (two weeks before Christmas ,it was horrible, she wasn't even a year old yet,had 26 toes and was the second black cat I had lost) and I am way more beautiful now
As soon as my nose looks normal again (had a pimple and an allergic reaction to the pimple creme, not pretty) and my newly cut hair grows a bit,I'll put one on. Oh,I know you gals will just be sitting around in anticipation now that I said I was such a beauty but I was kidding!! I have really loved seeing all your pictures, what a beautiful lot you are both inside and out!!
Hugs,Shari.
I love the idea of the tulip paint as I've been making a gumline of wool felt or leather and painstakingly sewing it on ever so very carefully.I have an open-mouth done but for his head and keep putting it off.Now I an inspired again. You gals are the greatest.Sometimes I think I love you more than chocolate and your not nearly as fattening unless I count the big butt I'm going to grow by sitting here on the computer
Hugs,Shari.
Oh how wonderful,I wish you a safe and happy trip full of memories for years to come.We will miss you, hugs,Shari.
Yes there is a Cher-Bear and a Sherr-Bear already.I used to list and mention the title I had on my web page,Shar-Bear's Lair but as soon as I realized there were other Shar-bear's different spelling,I just listed with my name,Shari L. Murphy. There are also other Murphy's that make bears so that is out also.
I like Deb's idea of "Bear's that Beckon" for you Tammy also or even" Beckoning Bruins"
HUGS and Blessings (maybe I should use that,"Hugs and Blessings Bears" or" Bear Hugs and Blessings" ) oh you really could drive yourself around the loop with this stuff
Oh POOP! Do you think Everlasting Bearlooms or SharloomBears would work?I even thought of Abode of Bears or Sharable Bears or Absolute Bearlooms. Those are some I have written in my book but I can never decide
I bet the girls have ideas.Did you ever hear from the lady with the fur?
Hugs,Shari.
Hi Tammy.I'm in the same boat and I keep coming back to Bearloom Bears or Everlasting Bearlooms.I want my name to reflect that my bears are meant to be a cherished family heirloom. I also want to have a slogan that says "True works of Heart"
I think "Beckoning Bears " has a catchy ring to it. But I'm not one to ask because I've been beating my head on a wall for the last two years over this.
I'm anxious to hear all the ideas the gals have for you.
Hugs,Shari.
Thanks for the great information Amanda.I also am trying to improve my tecnique.
Jenny.I " pm'd " you.
Hugs,Shari.
Judi, your tiger is awesome as is all your work!! I hope to reach that level some day.Do you fasten your teeth in with thread or wire? I have tried both and I wonder what others do.Thanks.
 ,Shari.
Yes very worried, has anyone tried emailing her personally?? I'm newish here but maybe on e of you ladies who know her better could try??
Never mind,I see it now
That's so funny,I'd call the hubby to come see but now I won't bother after the peacock incident.Serve him right!!
I agree Tammy,I was so excited ,it was like looking at a real life angel or a unicorn and the hubby just had to rain on my parade and burst my sweet little rainbow bubble.
We had an albino deer near our house about 5 years ago but this peacock is way more impressive!! Let's all stick our tongues out and make the raspberry sound to my husband, ready on three...1,2, blrrrrrrrppppppth
Hugs,Shari.
Simply beautiful!! I was so impressed I called for the hubby to come "all the way downstairs" (geezz, you would think I made him walk ten miles through fire and raging tigers) only to be told " yeah,I've seen one before" Apparently we had one at the wild life park about an hour or so from my home. Well,I never saw one and I'm seriously impressed!! Thanks for sharing  (mumble, mumble, stupid husbands ,grumble, grumble )
Hugs ,Shari.
Thanks girls
I can't use invisible succesfully either and the thicker thread just does not work.I'll start looking for the ones you girls have mentioned.
 ,Shari.
Hey girls,I need to make a mini that is no bigger than 2". I usually use guterman thread but I wonder if it is too heavy for a mini of this size or should I use regular thread.I worry about the regular sew all thread not being strong enough.I am brutal on thread and even pull hard enough to break the so called "unbreakable thread"Yes I have even broken the invisable and strong fishing line
Any and all advice on making a bear under 2" would be appreciated.
Thanks,love ya!! Shari.
