I know, Kathy, California really is the bestest of climates, but the economy sure is rough for California right now.
LOL, is it time to start singing 'its a small world afterall' ?? Raised in Kansas City, when we live in Missouri now. That's funny!!
Absolutely nothing more frustrating when the computer system doesn't work Thanks for giving the timeframe
Awwwhhh, what an adorable handful you've got going there
They're soooo cute! I'm sure they'll have homes quickly.
Awwwhhhh, that's really sweet
Kinda like last year when I got word through the horsey grapevine that certain batches of Purina's Equine Senior were tainted and being recalled. I got the codes and numbers so when I went to the feedstore, I could ask directly where their batches came from and see the tags for myself. The feed store fella was mad that I was informed and prepared against this!
And to be honest? I never bought from him again. Other feed store sellers when I queried, they weren't put off one little bit. They told me right up front where their batches came out of, how often and how fresh.
I know they don't want to panic owners and scare them from buying, but when a company does this, and its kept in the quiet like that, well then you begin to wonder/worry about what else they're doing. And I'm not going to knowingly endanger any of my animals to line someone's pocket.
Oooh, she's pretty!! And her colour is very eye catching
  Hurrahhh!!! A happy ending for everybody
Cool!!! That looks like a neat tool
Along with human food! Its appalling what ends up in the grocery store or pet food market
Thanks for the heads up

 Keep your kitties coming Karen!!! You make the most beautiful cats. And this one's sooooo cute!!! Awwwwhhh, that pose of the baby in your hand is a real heartstealer!
Awwwwhhh!!! I'm not a big elephant lover, and this pair made me pause to gush and go gooey
You've done a lovely job! I'm sure they'll be snatched into a new home
 Then tell him to avoid the middle of Missouri at all costs!!! No kidding, we've been more wet and in more gale force winds here than we ever had on the beach!
Warm and sunny....hmmm... my Oregon friend says Florida
:bday: No black and white pics!!!!!??? !!!! HURRAHHHHHHH!!!!
Daphne, thanks for letting us know you've gotten yours
Your horses will be instinctively afraid/terrified of the pig because pigs can gut them with those tusks. Now given time and with domestication, that's not likely to happen, but for me, I'd be ensuring he couldn't get near my horses. There have been cases of even domestic pigs gutting horses when placed in the same pasture together.
I agree with you, looks like a young male potbelly. My bet is whoever owned him didn't know how to cope once he got too large. I hope you can get him sorted into a new home soon.
Ahhhh, I'm another who loves vintage photos. What a sweet pic
Oooh, I've used Tissavel aaages ago. It was such a downy soft fur for faux. Someone will be surprised at how soft this sweetie will be. And she's awfully cute too
Yes, rain and lots n lots of it is why its so green, but typically its broad sunshine for much of the summer, starting around the end of May. I used to live on the coast. And the reports I hear from my friends who live there ~ so much snow! That's totally unusual for Oregon! Well, maybe not the mountain ranges, but for the Willamette Valley and coast it sure is.
I can see them wanting to discourage selling ivory on Ebay, that still seems silly. And isn't vintage ivory legal to sell??
What a cutie!!!! You've done a lovely job with him.
I know Ebay's probably trying to be proactive in preventing an ivory trade, but there's lots of things that are ivory coloured. Would it help at all to contact them?
...edited to say, I used to live in Oregon! I still miss it
I know all the hard work that went on behind the scenes to bring this gorgeous boy to life!!! Congratulations!!! You've done a stunning job with him
  Very clever, and cute!
Proving that love does indeed conquer all!!!
Way to go Noah    Baby bunnies are nigh on impossible to raise.
Teddy Bear and Friends used to be 6 times a year, but they recently switched. I think its now quarterly?
Oh dear, I'm hoping its a case of 'better late than never' with the Teddy Bear Review I sure hope they can get it published okay.
Now I see what you meant in the other day's post! Yes indeed, this baby's got a teddy collection
