a carb-detox will take those cravings away. really. no kidding.
you won't want bad carbs after detox.
Qtooyou?
i have that pattern!! but haven't tried it yet. i must get that one going!
thanx for sharing your pic! you did a great job!
LOTS of our teddy talk friends in that issue!
laura lynn, kirsten, wanda, nancy ....very cool!
congrats all!
southbeach simply retrains you to eat properly. it's not a diet per se. we've all been taught/trained to eat toast with our breakfast, bread for lunch and then bread or rolls of some sort with dinner. it's just not necessary to eat all those bad carbs. (not all but most people eat white breads).
just give it a read - it's just smart eating. obesity is out of control in north america - we have to do something - if not for oursleves then for the children following behind us.
ditto what shelli just said - stay away from bad carbs.
south beach is GREAT. get's you retrained to eat right.
the first wo weeks are detoxing. then you can re-introduce the carbs.....but good carbs. check it out - it al makes sense once you read about it. all based on the glycemic index. we ALL need to eat better.

gollyjeewillikers for sure!!

Heather - pshaaaaaaaaa!! walmart here sells them to anybody over 18. they ask for i.d. and they're locked up - but you can buy them. good ole walmart!
*bleckkkk*

ellen
p.s. LUV the display Shelli!!
thanx for sharing! YOU TOO SUE ANN!!
wow! a "dead bear" sorry - i mean - as in the Grateful Dead.
no offense!!! :D
WONDERFUL bear - congrats!
GBRAME - ditto!
i LOVE LOVE LOVE your bears & friends. (and your website is fabulous!!)
great job!
their faces are SOOOOO sweet.
i had never felt a pelt (ha!) until my dad got a little mink bear when he was very very sick with cancer a few years ago. he named him "Dink". Dink is THE softest and cuddliest thing on the planet. it's no wonder people like bears made of it.
keep those real fur creations coming!
oops! i forgot to mention - i used to use an extra skinny rubber spatula to stuff. the rubber helped grip the fibrefil better - and the other end got into small places. but now that i have the ultimate stuffer tool there's no looking back!
it's mahvellussssssss!
shhhhhhh! don't tell anybuddy (especially Donna!) but...... my hubby (the dear lad!) made me a stuffer stick just like yours out of an old brass screwdriver. if you have the man with the right tools you can get anything!! HAAAAAA!!
and thanx for the picture Shelli - it inspired him to make mine.
hope you took no offense...? "[INVALID]" is the first thing that popped into my head when i visited.
everytime i visit your site (which can be 20 times per day because i am so in love with those darling bears!!) i wonder what surprise i will get when the front page loads!
ellen
p.s.... and your TBAI piece is unsurprisingly wonderful! congrats.
