Ummmmmmmmmmm,
Boy this is a topic I think we would all like the answers to. I am a returning artist that was popular from 1988 to 1996 and in 2005 I started designing again. I cant travel to do the shows any more because of my full time job that I need because of the benefits , sooo I have turned to the internet , e bay, Bear Pile, bear forums, what ever I can find. I am selling , but ......... nothing like before. It is sad, because I don't want to see the industry go down . I have been throwing around lowering prices to capture those who don't have the extra money ,like most of us , but then I don't want to cheapen the art . So this is confusing ! I just cant figure it out . The other day I said to a girl friend that some times I feel like those people who try out for American Idol who Think they can sing ......... but they are really bad. I hope thats not ME 
If you all figure it out let me know. But one thing for sure, If we all hang in there and keep up Quality it will never disappear !!

Well, I listen to music all day at work so ..... when I set and sew I either have quiet or the tv going. I am sure music would be nice .... but .... some times silence is golden !!

It seems thinner than what you are used to but It is pretty strong. It is tightly compressed. I have never had problems , even when I made large bears. I stuff really hard and I use it now on my smaller bears and it is just fine.

Oh My I feel like such a cave man !! :crackup: I still love a good steak !! Sorry,... I know it would be better for me to give up meat but ...... I 90% of the time don't do beef though. I do allot of turkey and fish. I really like chicken too. I do skim milk and veggies, and fruit. So I guess I am a well rounded eater. IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE !!! Tee Hee 
If I could just get rid of all the goodies !!!

I just finished my anime golly today and have done some photos. She doesn't have a name yet - will have to start thinking of some golly type names here. She is a miniature, 3 1/2" tall, with black mohair/alpaca blend hair and red silk bows, red leather shoes, and a crocheted dress.
Now I know why I don't make gollies - I can't see to stitch that black fabric, and they have to be dressed! I'll have to try a brown or purple or white golly next time and do incorporated clothing! Anyway it was fun, but I think I'll get back to bears for now!

Just dropping by to wish you all a blessed weekend.I work this one , I go in at 2 pm till 10:30 pm . Retail is crazy I think I will work on a new bear today . I designed a new one and I have some new fabric I haven't used before so that is exciting. Just wanted to share I have 4 items on e bay and I started them lower than my retail , so if you are interested go look . Three are over tomorrow night and one is on a few more days. Have fun looking.

I just got Photoshop CS and Wow I hope I can learn how to use it . It blows my mind ! I don't follow written direction well, I am a visual learner , so I will REALLY have to put my thinking cap on .
