Hi. I wanted to share with you a bear named Sequoia. She is the same design as my 2006 TOBY Award winning bear Sherwood. bear_original

She is 20" tall with extensive sculpting to her face and paws. Taxidermy glass eyes, armature, hand scultped claws, leather nose, and eyelashes. bear_flower

He muzzle and paw details are needle felted...a truly addicting art form. bear_whistle

She also has airbrushed details.

I have made more along these lines( but new designs) with a realistic look crossed with a gentle touch of teddy bear. I have a lot of fun making this type opf bear....but it is very time consuming.
