Hi Everyone,
Just a quick question for you...if you were entering a contest and you had made a Koala, would you enter it in a bear category or in the non bear category? Is it common knowledge that Koala's are marsupials and not bears?

If it was me I want to enter as "the non bear category" for Koara.
but maybe the organizer has a guide line ??

I would say enter him into the friends catagory, just to be safe 
They'll probably count anything that doesn't have 'bear' in its name as being a non-bear, altohugh I guess that would make Honey bears ok, and not Pandas!
Better to be safe than sorry

I'm one of those folks who despite KNOWING that they are NOT bears... still kinda thinks of them as beinf bears! :doh: I think the advice you've been given is right on... it just took me a minute to "get it!" I must need another cup of coffee this afternoon!

Lovely koala Krista! I'd enter him into the 'friends' category simply because if I'm asked to vote for teddy bears in a bear category, I would automatically dismiss a koala (sorry!) but would definitely vote for him in a non-bear category. Oddly enough, I'd consider voting for pandas in a bear category though ... hmmn! Confusing isn't it?!!
