Has anyone planned any teddy bear adoptions for the new year? 
If yes, what bears exactly are you hoping for? Or have your new year bear collection begun already? Do post!
As for me, I am eyeing a singing teddy bear in a frock... She is in a shop right around the corner from where I live, and I can't wait to bring her home! And as my birthday is nearing, I am keeping my fingers tightly crossed for some teddy bear gifts! 
Also, there is a teddy bear in a bridal wear that I saw online which has called out to me. I hope to bring her home too, soon!
My christmas bears, Peanut and Strawberry, are happily settled in their new home, by the way

PottersHouse BearsI have not planned for a new bear, but I would love to own an antique Steiff. I did see a big Steiff pooh bear in a shop that I would love to have. But right now, that is just a dream.
YorkshireHi Kitty, I've always wanted a MawsPaws bear but lack of funds always let me down. However I was lucky enough to find a MawsPaws bear which needed rehoming on Ebay and hubby bought her as my birthday pressy. This unfortunately is where my luck ran out 
I have waited two weeks now for my bear and have sent three emails but the seller won't reply 
As I paid by Paypal I might be lucky enough to be able to dispute this case, but I hope it doesn't get to that!
On a good note - I know there has been alot of talk about customers rehoming bears and how artists feel about this. I am one of those fortunate people who have (in the past) benefitted from these transactions. I am lucky to now own three rehomed Beany Bears of Lichfield and one Madabout bear which I would not have been able to have afforded new. Hopefully my other bear will be with me soon :pray:

Thanks for sharing your teddy resolutions! I myself have just bought a new pink bear, and she is just adorable!!!! 
I have decided to theme this year's collection around bears in color - January is for Pink bears, and so on...... I want to collect yellow, blue, black white, orange etc bears... Hope it works out well...
