This bunny is my latest creation and my first time needle felting. The rest of his pictures are in the needle felting section. He was a lot of fun to create and watch come to life from my head. I would like to send out a thank you to everyone who gave me advice for my first time and especially Joanne Livingston at Desert Mountain Bear! This is a great website and I have already met so many  nice and welcoming people.

I decided that Mr. Bunny needed clothing and so I created a sloper from his measurements and used that to create a pattern for his vest and coat. With the addition of some trim, buttons and lace, he is all ready to go to the show next month. I do not own a sewing machine, so I had to hand stich this after looking up how to make doll clothes online. Yes, this is my first time making clothes for one as well. Luckily, my grandmother taught me how to hand sew as a child and I really love how it turned out.
