Can someone please help me with this, I did see it mentioned somewhere, so if I can be pointed in the right direction please.
I am limited with the programs I have on my pc, and need to downsize a picture (jpeg) which is in pixels to a size in inches/cms How to I go about that, how many pixels are in an inch ? Sometimes it all works perfectly, othertimes I get funny looking pictures, Help?
