Hi everyone,
Here are the first two prototypes from my very own pattern. The purple and white one is in synthetic fur, and the teal one is from mohair dyed with kool aide....I know my photography is bad, but that is something else I can't wait to learn about here.
Critisism please....
Cheers,
Krista
I have added a new picture of this bear that I edited...hope you all enjoy, and thanks again for all the great comments and input..

They are really great ! I'm in love with the Teal one !
They are wonderful! Love the coloring and the shading!
Welcome Krista, you bears are absolutely adorable!!!!! I don't know which one that I like the best they are both so cute. I like the way the teal one is standing....too cute!!
Their noses are so pretty and colourful!
Thank you guys again, I used a blender pen for the first time with the shading, and was actually quite fond of it, although in my opinion I went a little overboard with the shading on the muzzle. Their noses are verigated DMC floss, that I pulled through beeswax first to make it stay in one strand.... as well as in the teal bear I made the tummy insert one peice instead of two...experiments never end....lol
I am glad that you all like them, it makes me want to continue experimenting more, and I am sure that I will never make a bear from someone else's pattern again, it is just too much fun making your own and I just love the feeling of picturing something in my mind and have it turn out pretty much as I imagined..
Hugs,
Krista
You have a great start with your designs, Krista . . . keep going with them! Don't ever stop experimenting - it's waaaaaay too much fun and you're certainly headed in the right direction!
